My Story
My journey with Scandinavian folk art began as a quiet calling. During a time of personal upheaval and rediscovery, I found myself drawn to the folk art of my Scandinavian heritage. It was like a subconscious pull towards my roots, a way to ground myself and find strength in the lineage of women who came before me.
Through creating, I began to heal and rediscover myself. My art has helped me tap into an inner strength and peace I'm able to have ease and joy, just like my ancestors valued so much.
What you'll find here is a testament to the therapeutic power of creating and the enduring human spirit. It's a reminder that even in the midst of life's challenges, we can find solace, strength, and a path towards healing through connecting with our roots and embracing who we are.
